Happy Lughnasadh! (Pronounced loo-nus-uh)
This day marks the midpoint between summer solstice and the fall equinox, a time of abundance where we can revel in the height of summer and nature’s juicy bounty. It is named after the Celtic God Lugh who was known for being a master of many endeavors and was considered “equally skilled in all the arts.” Dang! That’s impressive. While not many of us can say we fit that description, we each have our own strengths and sparkle. As we settle into the ripeness of summer, I invite you to take some time and nurture your gifts - have fun with them, share them with friends, and if you feel inspired, test drive a new skill, you never know, by this time next year you could be an expert!
